At Stationery Land, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective).
- Custom or special orders (e.g., personalized items).
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at support@stationeryland.pk
- Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
- Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Exchange Process
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Process a return and refund, depending on your preference
We may also arrange a pickup or courier return if necessary.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If it’s a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
